{"id":193864,"date":"2026-07-02T08:46:05","date_gmt":"2026-07-02T06:46:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/zosradio.ba\/?p=193864"},"modified":"2026-07-02T08:46:05","modified_gmt":"2026-07-02T06:46:05","slug":"nova-studija-moze-li-ovo-ublaziti-simptome-depresije-i-anksioznosti","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/zosradio.ba\/index.php\/2026\/07\/02\/nova-studija-moze-li-ovo-ublaziti-simptome-depresije-i-anksioznosti\/","title":{"rendered":"Nova studija: Mo\u017ee li ovo ubla\u017eiti simptome depresije i anksioznosti?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Svakodnevno uzimanje probiotika moglo bi imati koristi koje nadilaze zdravlje probavnog sistema.<\/p>\n<p>Novo istra\u017eivanje sugerira da bi takvi dodaci prehrani mogli pru\u017eiti dodatnu podr\u0161ku osobama koje se lije\u010de od depresije i anksioznosti.<\/p>\n<p>Studija objavljena u \u010dasopisu Journal of the American Geriatrics Society bavila se pitanjem mogu li probiotici, poznati kao \u201edobre bakterije\u201c, poja\u010dati u\u010dinak standardne terapije antidepresivima kod starijih osoba.<\/p>\n<p>U istra\u017eivanju je u\u010destvovalo 58 ispitanika starijih od 60 godina s umjerenim simptomima depresije. Tokom trajanja studije svi su nastavili uzimati propisanu terapiju, dok je jedna grupa svakodnevno dobivala probiotski dodatak prehrani, a druga placebo. Istra\u017eivanje je trajalo 12 sedmica, nakon \u010dega su u\u010desnici pra\u0107eni jo\u0161 tri mjeseca.<\/p>\n<p>Rezultati su pokazali pobolj\u0161anje u obje grupe, ali su osobe koje su uzimale probiotike zabilje\u017eile ne\u0161to izra\u017eenije smanjenje simptoma depresije i anksioznosti. Nau\u010dnici isti\u010du da se ne radi o zamjeni za lijekove, ve\u0107 o mogu\u0107em dodatku postoje\u0107em lije\u010denju.<\/p>\n<p>Kako bi \u0161to preciznije procijenili u\u010dinak terapije, istra\u017eiva\u010di nisu pratili samo subjektivne dojmove ispitanika. Analizirani su i biolo\u0161ki pokazatelji, uklju\u010duju\u0107i mo\u017edani neurotrofni faktor (BDNF), protein koji ima va\u017enu ulogu u odr\u017eavanju i razvoju nervnih \u0107elija, kao i sastav crijevne mikrobiote.<\/p>\n<p>Iako su rezultati bili ohrabruju\u0107i, istra\u017eiva\u010di nisu prona\u0161li dovoljno dokaza da probiotici zna\u010dajno pobolj\u0161avaju ukupni kvalitet \u017eivota u odnosu na placebo.<\/p>\n<p>Na potrebu za oprezom upozorio je i Brian Loo, klini\u010dki direktor centra Blume Behavioral Health. Za Newsweek je izjavio da su nalazi zanimljivi, ali da ih ne treba tuma\u010diti kao razlog za odustajanje od provjerenih terapijskih metoda.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eOsobe koje se bore s depresijom i anksiozno\u0161\u0107u \u010desto tra\u017ee pristupa\u010dna rje\u0161enja koja nose manje stigme, zbog \u010dega probiotici privla\u010de pa\u017enju. Me\u0111utim, va\u017eno je da ne zanemare tretmane \u010dija je u\u010dinkovitost ve\u0107 potvr\u0111ena\u201c, naglasio je.<\/p>\n<p>Sli\u010dan stav dijele i autori istra\u017eivanja. Koautor studije dr. Saibal Das iz Nacionalnog instituta za istra\u017eivanje bakterijskih infekcija u Kolkati istakao je da su rezultati dovoljno obe\u0107avaju\u0107i da opravdaju provo\u0111enje ve\u0107ih klini\u010dkih studija u budu\u0107nosti.<\/p>\n<p>Njegov kolega, dr.
