Bitno je da je ovaj obrazac uo\u010den me\u0111u ljudima \u010diji su krvni markeri ukazivali na ve\u0107i biolo\u0161ki rizik, uklju\u010duju\u0107i promjene povezane s Alzheimerovom bole\u0161\u0107u&#8221;, naveli su istra\u017eiva\u010di.<\/p>\n<p>Oni isti\u010du da su prou\u010davali op\u0107e prehrambene obrasce, a to je korisno jer ljudi jedu kombinacije namirnica, a ne izolirane hranjive tvari.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Ispitali smo tri na\u010dina opisivanja kvalitete ishrane &#8211; koliko su se ljudi pridr\u017eavali mediteranske ishrane, koliko je njihova ishrana odgovarala op\u0107im smjernicama zdrave ishrane i koliko je vjerovatno da \u0107e njihova ishrana potaknuti upalu u tijelu. To nam je omogu\u0107ilo da se zapitamo da li su razli\u010diti aspekti ishrane relevantniji za ljude s razli\u010ditim biolo\u0161kim profilima&#8221;, kazali su.<\/p>\n<p>Otkrili su da su upalni izbori ishrane najzna\u010dajniji faktor, iako su se ljudi fokusirali na hranu koja je koristila ovom problemu, imali su 30 posto ni\u017ei rizik od demencije. Istra\u017eiva\u010di su naveli da je ishrana usmjerena na smanjenje upale.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Konzumirajte vi\u0161e hrane poput povr\u0107a, vo\u0107a, cjelovitih \u017eitarica, \u010daja i kafe, a manje hrane poput crvenog mesa, rafiniranih \u017eitarica i slatkih pi\u0107a&#8221;, naveli su.<\/p>\n<p>Uz to isti\u010du da je ni\u017ei upalni potencijal ishrane povezan s ni\u017eim rizikom od demencije kod starijih osoba s kardiometaboli\u010dkim problemima. Naglasili su da je upala dio normalnog odbrambenog sistema tijela. Ona poma\u017ee da se reaguje na infekcije i povrede.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Nau\u010dnici su sve vi\u0161e zainteresovani za to kako ova vrsta dugotrajne upale mo\u017ee dati doprinos starenju mozga i demenciji. Mo\u017ee direktno utjecati na mozak, putem imunolo\u0161ke aktivnosti do mo\u017edanih stanica i indirektno putem krvnih \u017eila, inzulinske rezistencije i zdravlja srca&#8221;, poru\u010duju.<\/p>\n<p>Tako\u0111er, navode da su mediteranska ishrana i zdrava ishrana temeljene na op\u0107im prehrambenim smjernicama, sna\u017enije povezane s ni\u017eim rizikom od demencije me\u0111u osobama s ni\u017eim nivoima biomarkera.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Zdrava ishrana ne mo\u017ee izbrisati rizik od demencije.
