Me\u0111utim, jeste li se ikada zapitali da li to radite pre\u010desto ili u pogre\u0161no vrijeme?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dok jedni ne mogu zamisliti da legnu u krevet bez detaljnog pranja, drugi tvrde da je jutarnje tu\u0161iranje jedini ispravan na\u010din za po\u010detak dana. Dermatolozi i mikrobiolozi ve\u0107 godinama prou\u010davaju ovu naviku, a njihovi zaklju\u010dci ru\u0161e mnoge uobi\u010dajene mitove.<\/p>\n<h4>Koliko puta dnevno (ili sedmi\u010dno) je idealno?<\/h4>\n<p>Suprotno popularnom vjerovanju da je tu\u0161iranje jednom ili dvaput dnevno obavezno, nauka ka\u017ee druga\u010dije. Iz medicinske perspektive,\u00a0tu\u0161iranje svaki drugi dan (odnosno 3 do 4 puta sedmi\u010dno) je sasvim dovoljno za ve\u0107inu ljudi, pod uslovom da se kriti\u010dne zone (pazuh, prepone i stopala) peru svakodnevno.<\/p>\n<p>Naravno, ovo pravilo ne va\u017ei za sve. Ako svakodnevno trenirate, radite fizi\u010dki posao ili je sredina ljeta, tu\u0161iranje svaki dan je neizbje\u017eno.<\/p>\n<h4>\u0160ta se de\u0161ava ako pretjerujemo?<\/h4>\n<p>Ko\u017ea je na\u0161 najve\u0107i organ i posjeduje prirodnu barijeru sastavljenu od korisnih bakterija i prirodnih ulja (sebuma). Sve zavisi od toga \u0161ta \u017eelite posti\u0107i.<\/p>\n<h4>Za\u0161to je dobro tu\u0161irati se UJUTRO?<\/h4>\n<p>Pokretanje cirkulacije:\u00a0Mlako ili hladnjikavo tu\u0161iranje ujutro podi\u017ee nivo kortizola (hormona budnosti), ubrzava rad srca i puni vas energijom br\u017ee od kafe.<\/p>\n<p>Idealno za masnu ko\u017eu:\u00a0Tokom no\u0107i na\u0161a ko\u017ea lu\u010di sebum.
