Iako zvu\u010de sli\u010dno, svaki od njih ima druga\u010diju ulogu u odr\u017eavanju ravnote\u017ee crijevnog mikrobioma, zajednice milijardi mikroorganizama koji \u017eive u na\u0161em probavnom sistemu.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Najjednostavnije re\u010deno, probiotici su korisne bakterije, prebiotici su njihova hrana, a postbiotici su korisne supstance koje nastaju njihovim djelovanjem.<\/p>\n<h4>Probiotici \u2013 dobre bakterije za zdravlje crijeva<\/h4>\n<p>Probiotici su \u017eivi mikroorganizmi koji, kada se unose u dovoljnim koli\u010dinama, mogu pozitivno djelovati na zdravlje. Njihova glavna uloga je odr\u017eavanje ili obnavljanje ravnote\u017ee crijevne mikroflore, posebno nakon bolesti ili terapije antibioticima.<\/p>\n<p>Najpoznatiji probiotici pripadaju rodovima Lactobacillus i Bifidobacterium, dok se me\u0111u korisnim kvascima izdvaja Saccharomyces boulardii.<\/p>\n<p>Prirodni izvori probiotika uklju\u010duju jogurt s aktivnim kulturama, kefir, kiseli kupus, kimchi i kombuchu. Stru\u010dnjaci isti\u010du da fermentirana hrana, osim \u017eivih bakterija, sadr\u017ei i druge korisne spojeve koji doprinose zdravlju crijeva.<\/p>\n<h4>Prebiotici \u2013 hrana za korisne bakterije<\/h4>\n<p>Prebiotici su neprobavljiva biljna vlakna koja prolaze kroz probavni sistem do debelog crijeva, gdje slu\u017ee kao hrana korisnim bakterijama.<\/p>\n<p>Najpoznatiji prebiotici su inulin, fruktooligosaharidi (FOS) i galaktooligosaharidi (GOS).<\/p>\n<p>Nalaze se u namirnicama poput bijelog luka, crnog luka, poriluka, \u0161paroga, banana, zobi, je\u010dma i korijena cikorije.
