Na\u017ealost, to mo\u017ee zna\u010diti da sebi \u010dinimo medvje\u0111u uslugu ne samo u pogledu svojih navika spavanja, ve\u0107 i op\u0107eg zdravlja.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>U\u00a0studiji iz juna 2021. objavljenoj u Scientific Reports, grupa od 10 odraslih mu\u0161karaca bila je izlo\u017eena svjetlosnoj diodi (LED), organskoj diodi koja emitira svjetlost (OLED) ili prigu\u0161enom svjetlu \u010detiri sata prije nego \u0161to su zaspali u metaboli\u010dkoj komori, u kojoj su ih pratili istra\u017eiva\u010di. Otkrili su da su ispitanici, izlo\u017eeni LED svjetlu, do\u017eivjeli zna\u010dajno smanjenje sposobnosti sagorijevanja masti dok spavaju.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIako nije primije\u0107en nikakav utjecaj na arhitekturu sna, potro\u0161nja energije i temperatura jezgre tijela tokom sna zna\u010dajno su smanjeni nakon izlaganja OLED-u. Nadalje, oksidacija masti tokom sna bila je zna\u010dajno ni\u017ea nakon izlaganja LED-u u usporedbi s OLED-om\u201d, rekao je dr Kumpei Tokuyama, profesor u \u0161koli za zdravstvene i sportske nauke na Univerzitetu Tsukuba i vi\u0161i autor studije.<\/p>\n<p>Prema Tokuyami, to mo\u017ee zna\u010diti da bi upotreba ure\u0111aja prije spavanja mogla ote\u017eati gubitak kilograma ili \u010dak dovesti do debljanja vremenom.<\/p>\n<p>Iako izlo\u017eenost OLED-ima u odnosu na LED-ove mo\u017ee imati manji u\u010dinak, smanjenje potro\u0161nje energije tokom spavanja ispitanika bilo je jo\u0161 uvijek dovoljno zna\u010dajno da bi moglo dugoro\u010dno dovesti do fiziolo\u0161kih promjena.<\/p>\n<p>Ovo nije prvi put da je umjetno svjetlo povezano s potencijalom za pove\u0107anje tjelesne te\u017eine. Prema studiji iz 2019. objavljenoj u JAMA Internal Medicine, me\u0111u studijskom populacijom od 43.722 \u017eena u dobi od 35 do 74 godine, one koje su spavale sa svjetlom ili televizorom u sobi imale su ve\u0107e stope pretilosti na po\u010detku studije i imale su 17 posto ve\u0107u vjerovatnost da su nakon zavr\u0161etka studije dobili najmanje 11 kilograma.<\/p>\n<p>Dok su autori studije interne medicine JAMA priznali da iz njihovog istra\u017eivanja nije jasna veza izme\u0111u izlo\u017eenosti svjetlu i pove\u0107anja tjelesne te\u017eine, drugi nau\u010dnici imaju svoje teorije.
